Mission: As a life coach, I partner with clients to help them achieve their goals, overcome challenges and make positive changes in their lives. I help clients identify their own strengths and use that power to create the changes they seek.

 

Vision: As an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist, l collaborate with clients who have experienced a neurological event and their families, to create life plans for increasing independence and functionality with an emphasis on enhancing cognitive and communication skills. Some of these neurological events may include stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or mild cognitive impairment.

 

Location for Services: Life coaching can be provided in your home or work environment to maximize your cognitive/communication skills and independence in the space you occupy the most or via virtual visits from your computer/iPad or phone.

I am currently available to see clients in their homes/work spaces in the following locations in Virginia:

Lake Ridge, Clifton, Fairfax Station, Manassas, Montclair/Dumfries

I am currently able to see clients via telehealth/virtual visits anywhere in Virginia.
